Jennifer Leong, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience, including 11 years at University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Her background in high-acuity hospital care has given her a strong clinical foundation and a deep appreciation for individualized, patient-centered care.

Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University, following her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Frostburg State University. Throughout her academic and professional career, she has been recognized for her commitment to excellence and leadership, including being inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and National Society of Leadership and Success. She is also a Daisy Award nominee and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Nurse Practitioners Association of Maryland.

Jennifer’s advanced practice clinical experience includes adult primary care, women’s health, pediatrics, and family medicine. Jennifer is passionate about helping patients take a proactive approach to their health, with a particular interest in hormonal health, weight management, and preventive care. She believes the foundation of a strong provider-patient relationship is built on trust, compassion, and open communication. Her goal is to create a comfortable environment where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their healthcare decisions.

Outside of Jennifer’s professional life, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and making the most of time with the people she loves.
